We have started working with Jenny Brandt from Dosfamily.com for our image pictures. We are so happy! You will get to see more from her after the summer!

Docksta Shoe Factory, that produces Bellio’s slippers, has made these shoes (called Patrik & Gunilla) for grown-ups since the sixties! Now we can present the kids’ version – Karl-Astrid – together with Docksta.

They will be available in the two colours above in sizes 24/25 up to 30/31. The price in stores is approximately 515 SEK and from the end of April you can find them in traditional Bellio stores.

I got my first Iphone today and made my own sleeve in Bellio leather and with one of our crochet flowers.

What do you think, is this something we should look into doing for real with for example the elephant, stars, the robot etc?  Would you like it?

We just want to say THANK YOU to Karin Uggla who created our stand at Formex.  Karin is an up and coming Swedish interior decorator and we are so happy we got to work with her for FORMEX. She created a colourful and inviting stand that represented us and the other brands well. Karin, we could not have done it without you!

We have just left an eventful 2010 behind us.

In 2010 we started growing outside Sweden for real, we presented our firsts knit wear, Fanny started working full time with Bellio (employee no1) and through Facebook we  gained direct contact with the people using Bellio.

In 2011 we will continue developing new designs and accessories. We have a lot of ideas for Bellio as a brand, the Christmas holiday have really gotten the fantasy working.  At the same time a great challenge for us is to find new better materials, especially for our knit wear. Cotton is increasingly getting more and more expensive,  it now costs as much as wool, and it is not really a good material from an environmental side- even when it is eco all the way through.

With our very dedicated suppliers, stores, agents and customers that are continously encouraging us and helping us develop we look forward to bringing Bellio one step further in 2011!

Thank you all for a great 2010! We look forward to an equally eventful and succesful 2011!

Efter mycket velande om vi ska ställa ut på Formex eller ej, så har vi bestämt oss för att prova. Vi gör det i litet format med mål att träffa våra befintliga butiker. Självklart är det kul om någon ny dyker upp, men med alla nya produkter känner vi att vi måste komma ut och visa er som redan har Bellio i er butik vad vi har på gång.

Så den 22-23 Januari hittar ni oss i monter A44:17 tillsammans med Erica Laurell.  Mer info kommer!

Jag sitter och ritar på motiven till våren. Fågel är ett av de nya djuren jag vill ha. Vid samma bord satt min snart fyra år gamla dotter och ritade. Jag visade min fågel..och hoppades så klart på beröm, men nej. Hon ville ha en papegoja och inget annat. Så vem styr egentligen designprocessen hos oss vi eller barnen? Fråga gärna era barn vilka djur de gillar och låt oss veta!
